5 stars: So far, most of my trips have been very good. I did have 2 trips leaving from the same address that both drivers could not find. I was at the address the 1st time waited 1/2 Hour and was charged for not showing.. that was not good. It is an address in my complex that for some reason apparently? The GPS does not register, you should make some notes about the address.
4 stars: All roads lead to Rome This how it could seem, but that is not always true. This application is useful, and worldwidly used. However, when it comes to directions, it does not always set them right. Some directions lead to closed routs, and others to authorised-vehicles-only. I suggest you integrate the program with google maps, which accesses whatever direction you want to go into.

3 stars: When I first began using Uber the service was great and I had zero issues with the final price matching the price given at the time of ordering a ride. But as of the last year or so, I'm charged more than the initial price. Uber says I've hit the limit of price adjustments and yoo bad so sad. So I guess they can increase the price after the ride is completed and the passenger has no say.
