5 stars: One stop for Groceries and Food. Grocery offers are way better. Food options could be better, mostly can see high end restaurants, but the deals on them are good too. I Recommend using Talabat for Grocery shopping👌
4 stars: It's bad, it was top now to the bottom, most of the restaurants are not updating their Menu, most of the time when I order a food the restaurant calls me to notify me that one of the order is not available for now or not available anymore, they are offering something else instead, like forcing me to eat something that I don't like.
3 stars: The app needs serious upgrades. Navigating back just shuts the app down and I have to restart it everytime. It also randomly prompts me to add in the address when that is already linked in with my account. These extra steps are really a waste of time and makes the app quite cumbersome. I have to say though, the talabat delivery people are simply superb and their delivery times are simply unbeatable by any other delivery platforms.
2 stars: App is not user friendly and unnecessarily complicated to get help when needed. The app has many technical issues. My credit card expired and it can't be removed from the wallet. Updating it does nothing and keeps it expired. I tried to reach support chat to get some help but the support only gives vague and obvious information and doesn't offer an option to chat with a customer representative.
