5 stars: Pretty excellent. Love having so many publications in one spot. Although the app could use more serious Science publications. Hopefully with time. I would also like to see an expansion of the simplified reading ability. Sometimes it doesn't open or function with some newspaper's.
4 stars: Very good and free browsing via my library card, can be a bit slow sometimes depending on server and device factors
3 stars: The flaw with this app is that it stays with the traditional concept of downloading full publications and showing your subscriptions by source instead of creating a more powerful Top stories / adaptive interest algorithm to leverage the articles across its library. It's like Spotify without the top Playlists or Radio feature. You need to search album by album and play them.
2 stars: My prior complaint referred to the removal of the ability to save
2 stars: Doesn't utomatically download subscribed issues even with the option enabled. There are no background restrictions on the app settings. Have to force stop several times and then it usually loads it. Many times, pages are blank. Seems like the entire issue doesn't download. Tried to send message to customer service but it hangs up because the captcha button doesn't work so you can't send the message.
