5 stars: Great app! I agree with everyone else in that adding a wall is a little annoying. Perhaps the Dev team can just add a wall as an item so we can place it wherever we want and teak the size and rotation. Other that, great support team, reached out to them and they fixed my issue quickly! I use this app for my home flip projects to give my contractors an idea of what is in my mind for a space. Again, Great app!!
5 stars: 1)It's very difficult to add things and adjust their position in 3D mode. 2)Add a small tutorial for first time users on how to swipe the screen to move the camera. It took me quite some time to figure out how it works. 3)Increase the number of popup prompts \u0026 warnings. I had created a house design the first time I used the app without signing up. I lost all my data the moment I signed up later with an Email account.
5 stars: The Support Team is 10/10! I had a problem syncing my account to both my app and laptop version and the support team helped me very quickly. Either you stick to the free account or the membership (I have just got the year plan), be sure that for Planner 5D each user is their priority. Congratulations!
