3 stars: So happy to be able to video chat with my son on an app that was super easy to use. Little update, app still works great for mobile devices but not so much on a desktop or laptop. I can see who i am calling but i cant hear them but they see and hear me. I have tried everything but nothing has worked to fix this issue and its very frustrating!
4 stars: I have always had good connection. No lost calls. However I would like it much better if it had filters and effects. Sometimes I dont want to put on make up for a 15 minute call, filters help with that. It claims I can use filters but I have all updates from Duo and still cant access filters. That would make it a full 5 stars for me.
4 stars: Wonderful for one to one chatting. Having fun with all the ways one can contact another. Problem: In the mobile view, when choosing message, the various options cannot be seen, and the options dont swipe over to reveal whats hidden, unless l turn my device to landscape position, then I can see all options. 4 stars: Great app for video calls!! Never had a problem with it. The only thing I wish you could adjust or change is the ringtone. It's really low and I miss alot of calls because of this. Please fix and would rate 5* Thanks!
