4 stars: to be better just implement something that we could rate the deliver, sometimes they just keep walking alway with out food after leaving the restaurant and we can only rate the restaurant, I don't think its fair
3 stars: Hate the way the initial delivery time differs once you put the order through. It can go from 30mins to over an hour and then you can't cancel if you can't wait that long.
5 stars: Simple straightforward to use and access to all local take aways!
3 stars: No option to say no veg or no garlic etc... Have to ring restaurant after ordering which defeats the purpose of the app really.
3 stars: don't like the fact theres a 50c service charge on top of he delivery charge like and thy don't add it on right until the end so had my order done out to exactly the amount of money I had including delivery charge and then when I when to pay it added 50c on
3 stars: The app works but I have a few problems. they make it really hard to put a timestamp on when you placed an order, which is annoying. usually have to check my emails
5 stars: Love the simplicity of the app and the variety of choice to be found. Have found some new favourites in the area since using the app.
3 stars: Limited restaurants in certain areas and no Asian option even though there are 3 in town . Delivery notifications sent an hour after the food has been delivered . Handy to use if your favourite restaurant has no online order facility of its own
