4 stars: I dissagree that it's pay to play (so far). After more than 2 years I have not paid a cent. (I suppose I should - I'm a free-loader). You just have to play it day at a time and have patience. if you have the need to be the strongest RIGHT NOW, you will have to pay. You need mature/zen additude about advancing. The game provides every resourse you need and nothing is reserved for pay-only.
3 stars: Too many glitches and bugs, for such a big Pay2Win game. If you forget to shield, you will get raided of your resources. Game mechanics just set up to make you fail or make you pay for stuff. Free to play? Sure, but it will take time... And time... Customer support very responsive. Pricing of packs are too high for the real in-game benefits. New content every month!
4 stars: Can't see any way to upgrade officers even with enough of the green tokens, everything is greyed out. This is a key thing to move on so I'm going to have uninstall. Looked like it might be fun though. A few days later... as of the latest update today, the button for upgrade is now showing green and the problem resolved. Upgraded to 4 stars.
