5 stars: Overall, this app is amazing but there are something that I would like. Like other type of groups but either than that its an amazing experience. I am a able to talk to one if my favorite idols and and is able to meet new people and talk about the most serious and weirdest stuff. 4 stars: The app is good however, there needs to be a system where with the notifications if they are unread it's a grey colour and then if it's been read it turns white for example like twitter. Because if the artists are commenting on lots of posts, you can't see which notifications you've read or not. As well as the translations need to be better it's not fair on fans to expect them to translate correctly.
3 stars: I really like this app, but the English translations need a better check. Wrong translations can lead to misunderstandings between artists and fans. Also, when I want to upload from my gallery, a lot of my images don't show. I don't know why is it, but I hope you can let us open our phone gallery so we can see everything.
3 stars: The overall app is good but the only and MAIN problem is that, that I don't get any notification whenever the artists go live. I have checked my notification settings they are all on and there is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet. Please see to this. Regards
