3 stars: Always room for improvement. Voice messages are not consistent /have translation text discrepancies. Sometimes calls do not have notifications, rings, or have the gui display to answer incoming calls. Sometimes there is no evidence that someone tried to call even when someone called. I have experienced 20% of dropped calls, both incoming and outgoing.
5 stars: Well the Google Developers fixed the issues. I'm guessing it had to do with Hangouts interference with being the dominant default app over Voice. (It's great for the most part. But it messes up sometimes on my TMobile phone. And don't use Hangouts with this because you'll get 2 rings and if you answer 1 before the other (I forget which) it won't pick up. Then I can't make phone calls out!!!! And so I have to restart my phone a few times.)

5 stars: App is simple to use and a great 2nd line for businesses especially if you are a small business possibly just getting started and your wanting to keep up with your own calls. However, this app requires wifi or data constantly to be used. So far no downfalls to Google Voice. Awesome app! A highly recommended app to my friends and family.
