3 stars: Overall I like the app, but I keep getting recommendation notifications for new construction properties for sale on the other side of the country. I don't want to disable notifications given that I'm looking for properties, but I'm only interested in rentals that are thousands of miles away from these homes so it'd be great if I could customize at least the area I get notifications for.
4 stars: Great app!! On the positive, I Love that everything is right there available for viewing with all of the details and the address. I love that I can scroll through all of the listings. Cons, with majority of homes on the market right now having the pending status a lot of time is wasted trying to find those that are actually available.
4 stars: Great app but when attempting to find certain addresses using the map function it will sometimes put you on the opposite side of town from where the property actually is.
5 stars: I love this app. I a real estate investor but I also LOVE looking at homes! Trulia has allowed me to learn so much about a home and the area its located in before buying. It is reliable and accurate.
3 stars: It would be nice if there was a way to see if the house you are looking at is pending or not. I have seen multiple houses on different apps that are pending, but on this app they appear like they are still available.
