5 stars: I use alexa to tell me the time, set alarms, play music, look up things. But my favorite thing is that I can add things to my grocery list or to my to do list and have them available right on my phone. Oh, and I also cut my lamps on and off with just a voice command. So many wonderful functions. Now if we just had flying cars I would be happy
5 stars: We find alexa a very useful addition to the household, apart from being able to listen to any genre of music any time of the day we use it for our shopping list, to do list and listing those things you suddenly remember to look up on Google then later when you sit down you've forgotten what it was you were going to look up - (it's our age)
4 stars: Bit of a slow interface, but everything is accessible. Minor annoyances like 'changes saved' notifications blocking UI elements and not having app controls to perform tasks easily performed by voice commands (e.g. having to ask Alexa to set all smartbulbs in a group to the same color rather than doing so within the app). Also finicky dealing with multiple homes set up under the same account. Beyond those things, app performs very well.
3 stars: Constant issues with routines not working. Location settings are set correctly, but anytime a command uses it, the echo apparently can't use it so returns an error, the radio will randomly stop playing (and its not a connection issue). Also, the app itself can execute routines on \
