3 stars: I beta tested for this and I've had 4 characters erased , out of the blue ! Support helped after a while. After all, I have spent some money because it is a good game,or it was and it could be so again. UPDATE: I got my original character back (for now) but I'm out everything I spent on the other characters. I am grateful to the support agent that retreaved it though. Overall , I still have regrets.
