5 stars: Havent used yet but my sons loves Elaine's YouTube and Spotify its helped him so much to get a good night's sleep, even myself sometimes listen with him and wake up at 7am
5 stars: Elaine is a gifted story teller, with the voice of an angel. This combination makes her hypnotherapy really work for kids suffering from issues around sleep, confidence, fear and anxiety. The kids love the stories and don't even realize that inner healing and resilience building is happening. THANK YOU Elaine for sharing your gifts with our children.
