3 stars: Overall the experience is good. However, there is no permission to cancel food order if there is no driver accepting order. Food delivery via car drivers are very slow. Sometimes difficult to get a ride, but not a big deal yet. So hard to get in touch with their customer service, have to click so many options before I can reach the support.
4 stars: I recently topped up my wallet and the amount was deducted in my bank account but the amount isn't reflected in my Grab Wallet. I've been trying for the past 15 minutes, to ask why on the app, but there isn't anywhere I can submit an issue. The app needs to allow user to submit personalised issues. The ones on the app isn't helpful unless just starting to use Grab.
5 stars: Every thing else is good except for the price. Normally I booked and I travel alone my fare is $14.30 but for tonight is dearer by $2. I find is not fair. It will be nice if Grab can refund me the $2 to my wallet. I'm a regular user of Grab, even tonight the vehicle is meant for family of 4 but is small and no difference from my $14.30 vehicle so why must I pay $2 more.
4 stars: Today I used grab twice. Both the time today drivers were good and polite. Last time I was disappointed (13 feb 2021). I booked the grab taxi. But the driver didn't come to pick me up at the right place. So, I had to cancel. Though it was not my mistake, I paid 30 baht cancellation fee today in my first ride. Anyway, its not about money but I was disappointed.
