5 stars: My experience has been really good. Very convenient and I always get good service. I just wish that Uber eats delivery drivers were available for all the restaurants I would like to order from. I find that some restaurants I really enjoy are sometimes available for drivers to pick up from and sometimes not available, like today, so I have to compromise. also wish that Uber eats would pick up with other restaurants. Maybe in time.
3 stars: McDonald's made my burger and fries then let it sit for 90 minutes before driver could pick up. So it's a roll of the dice. Uber refunded so that was nice to see they try to make things right.. The app worked well, just potential points of failure possible to be aware of. Some good caring drivers use heat retention bags So it's hard to know how much to tip them before you get your food. Maybe that will be fixed later on hopefully.
4 stars: I like it. Recently during the start of Pandemic I was pregnant and very sick. I had to order from uber eats almost every day for my 5 year old who is in online school. After I gave birth it was also helpful while I recuperated. The main issues are that sometimes the app crashes. One issue I have is that the menu pictures don't upload. I tried Uninstalling but the issue stays the same.
