4 stars: Good product for streaming music. Thanks to the product officials for adding those NCS Music, well that takes it to next level. And this gets even better with the Prime benefits. I'd rather say, it'll be a worth renewing the Prime. I think the thing missing in here is the podcast feature. Although a good amount of bugs in the app, but we hope things will get better soon.
5 stars: Great music app if you pay for unlimited! The Amazon music app is well organized, has plenty of great features, and is one of the best user interfaces I've had the experience using. If everyone designed their application with ease of use for the user in mind like this, then every application would be great.
3 stars: Currently I am having issues getting Amazon music to pay more than 2.5 songs without stopping. I did not have this problem when I was in my trial period. CS suggested I clear my cache, did that. Did not help so next suggestion was to uninstall and reinstall. Did that and it worked for that session of listening. New day same problem
3 stars: Was great, now buggy as hell. Used to be fantastic but now it constantly freezes. Much like their Prime TV. Assuming their servers are struggling with demand but it's almost becoming unusable. Might need to consider returning to another provider. I've kept an eye out for updates but none have addressed this issue and it's been going on for about 6/7 weeks.
