3 stars: I checked daily check in every day and I should get bonus 2gb for 2 days and I can't clicked it. My poin are so many but everytime I will get the 2gbs or 4gbs, it won't claimed. 3 stars: Only make easier for purchasing packages and spending our Telkomsel points. The daily check-in reward was not real, as the internet bonus was not available to be claimed even when you have checked in 30 times. Sometime, it was hard to log-in, even when I had excellent internet connection. I hope you improve the app and service.
4 stars: The app is great and very informative and helpful when you need to buy data, and the internet packets that they reccomend are fitting and suitable for me personally, however, reading the reviews, i think that other users think otherwise and that the packets reccomended did not suit them,i hope you can maybe reccomend a more fitting and acceptable items for them?
