5 stars: I am not sure if Prime Now is a different app on the UK or if it's due to having different stores here but I can always find a slot at a moment notice. Never had a missing item either, and they deliver in paper bags instead of plastic ones. All is all great service!

5 stars: Was skeptical about Amazon Prime as I wasn't a online shopper, I normally prefer to go an get my items. During this pandemic and having amazon prime has totally change my perspective. I can order something I really need and instead of costing me shipping \u0026 handle fees with prime it covers that fee and get my items the next day or in a timely manner where I don't have to go to 5 different stores to get what I need.
3 stars: Does the job in my experience (and with next day delivery of ordered evening; same day of ordered morning). But I don't understand why this is still available to install given that every time I open the app it tells me to use the main Amazon shopping app.
3 stars: Its getting too expensive to use i hate that you have to spend over 40 pounds to get a shop . I liked it when i could buy a few bits it was convenient not now though
5 stars: Pretty user friendly. Occasionally it crashes, but not too often, and at least it saves my cart. I still feel confident in giving this 5 stars
