3 stars: Most of the app is pretty good. However there are somethings that don't work so well. The most glaring is the navigation. Its really poor at apartments pick ups. Zeroing in on GPS coordinates need to be improved. It also seems like its 5 seconds behind.. The lost item feature where it calls the pax to coordinate a meet, I've never had it connect to a phone.
3 stars: I do like the app better than doordash app. Unfortunately when your in route to a delivery they interrupt gps instructions with new orders which. Safety first, orders should be sent after deliveries are made! Reward on app should be designed for use of individual preferences. Not enough promotions, unlike doordash.
3 stars: The app does what it says it does, however, it can sometimes bug out when leaving notes for customers and for the love of God, add a landscape option.
5 stars: I am facing an issue. When I accept any ride the app get stuck and I can't do anything. I can't use navigation. After accepting any ride it doesn't show rider address or navigation. Is there any solution?
5 stars: Really great app, very slick and works well. My only criticism is the builtin navigation, which in my opinon could use some improvement. Google maps and Waze are definitely better but don't integrate as smoothly as the builtin nav.
4 stars: I would give 5 stars if the app had swipe feature for accepting offers. I keep accepting offers by mistake, just because of accidentally touching the screen. So ...
