I left previous review 🔝🔝 between June-September 2020 and unfortunately things took a wrong turn with customer service/support and when it came time to renew my subscription I opted not to (sad day.) I had my first dealings again with Uber Eats tonight and let me tell you....\
5 stars: So far so good. I love the variety of options you can search for from types of food, distance, ratings. Knowing a little info about the driver who ends up picking up and delivering your order is nice too. I don't know if the other delivery services offer that. I had an issue with a driver finding our address once so far, but it was resolved rather quickly, so no complaints as of yet.
3 stars: Great experience with most orders. Some drivers on time, others more than 45 minutes late. Expensive with all the Fees, then you leave a tip for the delivery driver. Used them until I got charged double on an order and they wouldn't correct it. Please find a way to support your local restaurants.
3 stars: Honestly I have had pretty decent experiences with this app. Now yes the extra charges are very annoying and depressing at points, but with their buy one get one free deals it makes up for a little bit. Anyways the app is very intuitive to use and I don't think most people will have problems with it.
