3 stars: Worked great for a few years, but about six months ago stopped displaying my appointments...until April 2021! So weird. Can't get the support team to fix it. The company that I use the app for also contacted them for solutions and still no success. I use an android device. Some of their support is for iOS, so maybe that's the issue?
5 stars: Since latest update unable to see passed bookings, my favourites have been wiped, no passes and I have a booking yet cannot see when. When I search up the business that I had as favourites it now says in schedules coming soon. Thanks so much for a quick fix.
5 stars: Really like the options. The classes are great. Lots of reasonable options and I like the fact that I can try it on my own terms. The trainers are nice as well. It has really helped keep me as much as on track is possible for me for my goals this year.
5 stars: 5 stars until November 2020 update. Now 2 stars because i can't book classes. When i select book, it takes me to the confirm pages then crashes app. Thanks to the quick response from technical support the app has been fixed and the new version works well. Rating restored to 5 stars.
5 stars: I love the varity of classes. Virtual classes have been a life saver during covid. The app is user friendly. Luckily I did not have problems with the app update.
