4 stars: Good app. Sometimes struggles to connect. Wish I had flexibility to disable Eco+ for 36 hours instead of just 24 or 1 week.
3 stars: It works for me, the geofence and remote settings work fine on Android, however the useage graph shows all times the heatpump runs as 5:00 minutes, when it's closer to an hour. The fan, which runs for 5 minutes each hour, run duration is 2:30 minutes, really annoying when you're trying to figure out how long the heat runs for... Other than that, it seems to work fine.
3 stars: It's eh. I like the nest app more. I'm very disappointed there's no history tracking feature in this app. Tried the website and I still can't view my history because I guess I don't run the system often enough. Very aggravating when I'm trying to track why my electric bill is so much higher than expected. Besides that, it does the basics you'd expect.
4 stars: I changed router settings and had to log my Ecobee back onto the Wi-Fi. The app is showing strange behavior of the sensor temperatures being a degree lower than on the website and the average temperature being a degree higher in the app than on the website. That makes the average temperature two degrees higher than the sensor temperatures in the app. Is this from a router setting like DNS security or something?
