5 stars: App is easy to use. I've never had an issue with getting my tickets unlike some others. Love that there's no fees and I always find tickets right in the price range I'm looking for. Always check for tickets day of the event a lot of times they're dirt cheap. I've been getting NJ Devils tickets for twenty bucks and less day of game and for good seats.
4 stars: I like the concept and the app however the problem is with the sellers. Many times you'll see the same tickets listed cheaper on other sites so you end up paying the same, but the seller gets more money. Probably the same people that complain about Ticketmaster fees. Anyways whenever I see that happen I just buy on the other site to spite the seller.
