3 stars: Rewriting this review as app didnt fix any problems from past. They will charge you, cancel order and you will have to spend lots of time to get reward into their app wallet. Canceling orders without reason, charging without delivering food. Not willing to support you in any way. Just saying that you can try to order again and hope for the best... It's like a casino, pay and maybe we will deliver food.
3 stars: The only problem in general is the cancellation charges. The idea in general seems reasonable but many drivers seem to misuse it just to annoy customers. I would suggest redesigning its criteria. Other than that, the app lay out is a tad complex, a lay out which would be simple enough that even our elders can use will be a benefit.
4 stars: Whenever I book a ride, the app shows the car going to and fro in different directions, prolonging my waiting time or the time the car should arrive on my pick up spot. I cannot understand why it's going like that, if it's the app's fault or the driver doesn't just know how to navigate. But it happens many times.
5 stars: It's was great specially the reward that we can use. The only problem that I wanted to take them seriously is the date format because they are using Monday to sunday instead of month, date \u0026 year. It will be hard to people to get there reimburse receipts weekly.
