5 stars: I like the quality and service of the brand. I ordered the combo of mini lipsticks in which 1 of the lipstick were damaged. But the return policy is very easy and comfortable. The efforts done by employees to replace the item was appreciable. They return my defective shade within 3-4 days. Thanks to the chain(group) of sugar. ❤
5 stars: The return policy of Sugar is very efficient. I bought a lot of products from Sugar and all the products were perfect except one eyeliner. I mailed my problem to them around 1 month later due to some problem. The return policy time limit is just 14 days yet they took effort to look into the exceptional matter and decided to replace the product! Really happy w my experience. I love Sugar!💯
3 stars: Everything is good and of fine quality.The only thing I don't like is when there is an offer and you buy the things in the offer, one of them is about to expire in 2 or 3 months . This is bad. Thus I am cutting 2 stars.
4 stars: i love Sugar products. Plus there r always so many offers in this App. The only issue is whenever viewing any product, it give a very lil space 2cm X 5cm space to scroll for information regarding product. Also can't full screen the video demos. Request team to look into it.
