5 stars: One stop shop when switching phones. I have used it more than 3 times over the years and it never dissappoints. Its very simple to use. I would recommend the use of this app even if you have over 5 dozen apps in your phone to transfer. It works beautifully.
5 stars: I was very pleased with results when i first used it, upgrading from my Note 4 to my Note 8. Since then there have been a number of updates to it, which I'm eager to see in action. But that will have to wait a while .. until Samsung comes down to earth again with its prices for new devices (.. if ever)!
5 stars: THANK God for this. ...I recently changed phones ,thought I lost everything (my carrier was of no help )..A much younger friend of mine said you have A Samsung phone let's do this..ta da...Everything was loaded on my new phone in 30 minutes!! I Will stay with Samsung forever !!!
5 stars: Worked great for transferring from an S8 to a Note 10. S8 had a smashed screen but I could tell what to do by plugging it into a monitor. Wasn't super speedy but my new phone was set up like my old phone and I didn't have to free download apps.
4 stars: Works 👏wonderfully.... mostly. If you can cable transfer its much better and faster. Also. Wish there was a way to just use new phone and look in other phones memory. They're were a few things that didn't go and my old screen is too messed up to use
