5 stars: Excellent overall. Unable to enter my national ID card details though. It doesn't allow to enter alphabetic letters, so I guess only Malaysian nationals can update this part. Passport verification is not supported at the moment. So cannot update GrabPay Wallet verification. So many important services and features have been integrated into the app, making it one of the most useful apps at a time when we need such apps.
5 stars: At first I was very upset that the app was not linked to my ovo account. But after I went to the app's customer service dept, they were able to resolve the problem within a few days after the problem was reported. Keep it up the good job and hopefully the same problem will not be repeated in the future.

4 stars: I have a grab food voucher that was 2 weeks before expiry and the app just keep on saying that I have used it but when you check it says that the voucher is still valid and can be used later. I kept trying to use it but still the app doesn't allow me until it was expired I wasn't able to make use of it as I too cannot report it in the help service. 😔😔😔
