4 stars: While there is very little guidance for the interface, it is very easy to learn and is well executed and self explanatory. If you've hesitated to use door dash because it seems complicated, it really isn't. Took ten minutes to download, sign up, and place an order. Fees are reasonable. Tips are pre-paid though, which de-incentivizes them. Great app.
4 stars: We never used this ap until all this covid 19 stuff. We tried it on a whim one day and find we use it a few times a month now. The divers are polite, food shows up in a reasonable amount of time still hot and we've never had anything missing. The only reason I deducted a star is for some reason the full menu is not available at some restaurants. I have no idea if that is an ap thing or something on the restaurants' end.
3 stars: Well just right now whatever update was released is not working. Won't process payments at all. The app didn't need an additional verification process for payments. Just let it simple and make an app that is reliable, please. Because we're all getting hangry over here.
4 stars: Mostly a great app! Sometimes I have food or condiments missing but DoorDash credits back which is nice. Also, I'm not a fan of dashers doing multiple drops. Each time that happens, my food is cold. All in all though, I do enjoy this service.
