3 stars: App does not work majority of the time. When I am away from home I do not get notifications anymore, door bell not coming through, the camera aren't recording at times, the last tech did not check window sensor that is not communicating. It has not been there for a long time to have a dead battery. ??
4 stars: Everything is what it is, but the doorbell rings for no reason and every so often, unpredictable, I cannot open or close my garage with the app. Recently, when the garage feature operates normally, the app notify me that the command has failed. Not a big problem but it is annoying.
5 stars: The best home alarm system I have ever had. The over all ease of use is extremely enjoyable. Like all apps it has its issues But more often than not it is very easy to use. I rate this app 5 stars because I can usually rely on the app to function as required. If you are use to using such Types of Technology then you will understand that is worth the price and is extremely Convenient for Your everyday Use.
3 stars: So, this app does control the alarm system and you can view your cameras from within the app. However, the app locks and crashes on Android constantly. It's about 50/50 if the app will behave and just work properly. When it doesn't, the app will lock, restart or just lock out the cameras from live view until you restart the app.
