3 stars: Grab apps is a big help in my transport during the time of my pregnancy and also in the delivery of products to our customers. When I received a notification to update my apps, I immediately performed it, however, when I was about to use my rewards to order food, I just noticed that my P1,000.00 rewards disappeared in my dashboard. How will this be return to me? Hope that Grab will fix this and return my P1000.00. Thanks!
3 stars: Had a problem paying the late payment charges even though there was sufficient value in the app. So I decided to uninstall the application thinking it was the application error. But now I'm unable to download the app back into my phone even though there is enough storage space left. It just hangs at 65%-70% downloaded Edit: Managed to download and successful made the payment
