4 stars: EDIT: They fixed most of the glitches, yay! (2 stars)If they fixed the glitches, it would get 5 stars. Easy to use and love the idea overall but it is constantly saying there's no or very few listings in my area... even though I have listings saved that are still on the market per the rental agency. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with.
5 stars: I used this app as a prospective renter, and for my purposes it does everything it sets out to do. You can use one background check for a bunch of applications, and can reuse a lot of info too, saving time and money. I didn't like all of the notifications, but when I went into the app's settings it let me highly customize them (or turn them off) which was very nice. Zillow is great.
3 stars: Not too bad, but not completely accurate. There are listings showing obviously incorrect acreage, and listings are not kept current (many sold/pending/contingent but not marked as such), also some properties do not show on the map view. They are not too concerned about correcting these errors, either. Probably because it's a free app.
3 stars: It annoys the fire out of me the way the map moves when you navigate back to it from looking at a house. It should go back to the map, the way it was before I tapped on a house. I have to wait for it to stop to pick the next one. It also hurts my eyes the way it seems to sag. I also find it frustrating that there is no thumbnail list of pix that allows me to go back \u0026 forth bet...
