5 stars: If you use Android and Google this is the best option it syncs all your accounts so everything is in one place very easy to use gives simple and concise instructions that are easy to follow saves you time as it is all nice and compact takes up less space on your device using less memory than if you had a different email provider. No complaints whatsoever
3 stars: I have used this app for many years with no issues at all. But I updated the app 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to receive any emails at all. I've tried troubleshooting, deleting and reinstalling but to no avail. Disappointing
3 stars: Disappointing to say the least. Gmail does not notify me when I receive emails even though both the app and my phone have notifications enabled. This problem is extremely inconvenient for me as I waste the time of those who contact me expecting timely responses. I hope that this new update has fixed this problem, if not, I'll be switching platforms.
3 stars: Since I started using gmail, I have not had any issues. Unfortunately, for the last 2 weeks I can't retrieve my old emails and still no new ones. I have done all that is required from the trouble shooting tips but all in vain. Kindly assist. Am missing alot. Another issue I had forgotten is about is logging out feature on android/ mobile app.
