3 stars: It used to be very wonderful. It's still my number 1 choice though. It's just that now it doesn't reflects recent media files immediately; I have to keep restarting or just go through file manager to view the updated media. I seem not to be the only one experiencing it. Would be very grateful if that's rectified. You guys are amazing all the same
5 stars: I feel like the Photos app from Google doesn't get the recognition it deserves. It's one of those things that we just take for granted. But as part of the Pixel infrastructure, the app is aces. From the ability to easily search by timeline, to the robust editing tools that can make any photo look professional-grade, this app truly delivers. Great job devs!
5 stars: Just downgraded my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. It was much easier to navigate before the current update. I can't find the album's I had created. Photos aren't divided up by location/catagory automatically (or I can't find them if they are). This update seems to have simplified the app by removing all the features that made it more than just a place to find your pictures.
4 stars: Pros: Almost everything. Cons: 1: While uploading photos it consumes quite a chunk of our batteries. 2: Since last update, Search bar and Library tab became more of an issue then solving matters. For older folks, it is really uncomfortable way of hard to find photos from different sources then Camera. Suggestion: Make a very hidden setting (as you usually do) where...
