4 stars: I would like to give 5 star but there is a couple issues I hope they can address them , like when you have a ride and they add a ride in the queue it doesn't show an option for you before to accept it and showing you the trip information and customer rating .
3 stars: Bad system very difficult to drive passengers . sometimes system freeze and passenger help me to get to the destination. Imposible to get in touch with some one to fix the problem. You deal with computer and not with real person no number to call and problems never get fix even im paying for the google service...
4 stars: I seem to be having issues with finishing my application to drive in the app. It says I am approved to drive but it also says my application is only 40% complete and it will not let me finish it. I cannot access my background check, upload a profile picture or rent a vehicle. Please help me fix this. My app is up to date also.
5 stars: The app at the previous update went to night mode automatically with sunset. Now since update, wont go to night mode at all. Even manually changing it, it stays at day mode.
