3 stars: 1) sellers dont classify property correctly, units are shown as houses and you cannot report such listings. 2) Many properties publicise incorrect number of rooms, parking and you still cannot report. 3) There should be proper tools to know about nearby medical center or schools. 4) Price estimation with recent sales need improvement.
5 stars: Love the map finder . So I can see where the houses are on the map.
5 stars: Easy to use and the information is transparent (as opposed to other realestate apps!)
4 stars: Good Apps when it's work, not sure why slow and lagging but I have No issues with internet.
5 stars: Studio apartments keep popping up even though I select one bedroom or more. It's annoying to have to filter them myself. It defeats the purpose of the filter option in the first place 😩 Same thing with parking spaces for rent. Please fix the filtering. I understand it gives more search results and more views to those posts but they are not what I am searching for and I'm sure other people too
4 stars: I like the finger map search. It would be nice if there were some uniform descriptions to ensure that all real estate agent can fill in the most important info first in list form and then the initial description, eg. Price. Council rates. Address. Bedrooms. Bathrooms. Sq mt house. Property size. Power. Water. Fencing. Other improvements. Distance to: Nearest major town. School. Hospital. Shops. Other.
