3 stars: Having to sort through all the retirement living homes while looking to buy a house makes this app a real pain to use. It could use a filter option.

It would be nice if there were some uniform descriptions to ensure that all real estate agent can fill in the most important info first in list form and then the initial description, eg. Price. Council rates. Address. Bedrooms. Bathrooms. Sq mt house. Property size. Power. Water. Fencing. Other improvements. Distance to: Nearest major town. School. Hospital. Shops. Other.
