4 stars: Excellent design and interface. Plugs in well with other data sources, like GreatSchools and Tax History. Doesn't include an estimate, like Zillow's Zestimate, which is why I only rate 4/5. B/c that would be a simple solution (Z owns T, if you didn't know).
3 stars: It's a decent app so far. I gotta say though the font is terrible on this app. The letters seem to be kind of bubbly and bleed into each other making it very difficult and unenjoyable to read. Whoever chose the font for this app should not be allowed to make decisions going forward...
4 stars: Nothing but good experiences using this and the Trulia Rental App. Have successfully, for better or worse, found several rental properties on which I ultimately signed lease. Great job at aggregating rental listings across a variety of sources and datasets, no doubt.
5 stars: Very easy to use the only thing I would really love if they had the option to look up places that accepts Government vouchers that would be very much helpful due to a lot of Landlord Discrimination because the state of NY passed a law that any building with 6 or more apartments have to accept Vouchers
