3 stars: Nice condense antibiotic source. Older versions of the software allowed you to keep older data on your phone (when your annual subscription ran out). I would usually renew every other year . The new version seems to remove the data once the subscription lapses. Great if this could be fixed.
5 stars: The go-to reference for infectious diseases management. Would appreciate localized data regarding microbial resistances. EDIT: After latest update (4.0.8) my subscription information cannot be retrieved and I am locked out of the application. Please resolve this asap. EDIT2: Issue was resolved promptly by tech-support. Thank you.
5 stars: A consistently excellent reference which I use on a regular basis in the emergency department. And I just figured out you can bookmark your favorite pages! This app is worth the yearly fee.

5 stars: This is best antibiotic app out there it is a must have for every doctor. I started using it when i bacame an intern and ever since i never faced any difficulty with antibiotic dose. Sanford guide is my antibiotic clinical pharmacist. I couldn't figure out how to use my account when i switched from android to iphone but the technical support solved the issue instantly when i contacted them.
