4 stars: It's alright, sometimes fs up, but let's be honest when I was a kid we needed to wait for the paper or the news to get the weather report, we had to load CDs or rewind tapes to listen to the songs we wanted, the computer took 20 minutes to load and crashed in 5 minutes flat sometimes... Honestly this tech is out of this world so we shouldn't grumble that sometimes it doesn't do precisely what we want...
3 stars: You know, I have to be real honest with you. The app is so difficult to navigate. There's no intuitive flow of tasks. Which, is strange because the Samsung Tab app is so well done. Not sure why they couldn't have implemented that in the Android for phone app.
3 stars: This device, should not record if that's the case I would have a recorder but when you ask it to perform action it repeats itself I don't know that I don't know that, repeat several times! That's very annoying! Also, asking deals for today more info about product it repeats from the beginning! Wasted time!THANK
4 stars: Galaxy Note 9. Only gripe is that when searching skills n games, and press my phones back button, I am taken back to the start of any given category, not where I left off. Frustrating, and makes one reluctant to look at as many skills n games as I would like to do. Also occurs with any other category requiring me to scroll through. Otherwise, all is good.
