5 stars: It's not instant when you press a button, but what do you expect when the signal is probably routed though cell towers, servers and more cell towers before it reaches the car. Works great on my v40cc. Unlocked notifications are useful. As it checking how much fuel is in the tank and also how cold it is before I venture out.
3 stars: it's an ok app. i like the remote start and shooting mapped routes to vehicles gps. with latest update however the app REQUIRES MANDATORY phone security be enabled for certain features. i don't agree with Volvo making it mandatory for me to use features i normally don't for my phone to use certain features. this should be s user decision. bad update imo.
5 stars: Very functional app, I use the remote control daily to heat up the car and avoid ice scraping, also to check fuel and overall vehicle status. Would be nice if the app would allow a limited time vehicle sharing without keys for example to a friend or family member.
3 stars: The app stopped working 100%. All functions work well besides the Parking climate for which I cannot set the timer. I can remote start the engine, but the parking climate timer cannot be sent to the car.
