4 stars: I cant find my QR code. I uses android and i realize this problem usually occur with android users. In some restaurant, they need to scan our QR code for us to pay. But i couldnt find mine. Where to find it actually? Edit: i open Grab after awhile and it seems my problem has been solved. Thank you. I can view my QR Code in Grab now!
4 stars: Grab is a great app which I use multiple times a week. However, as a foreigner it is difficult to order on Grab food, as the menu items are in Thai script and not translated into English. Otherwise, the service is always prompt, and any technical issues I've had have been quickly sorted out by the support staff.
3 stars: App is perfectly functional, but the UI is very cluttered and overwhelming. Despite having all notifications off, they constantly bombard me with annoying coupon opportunities and whatnot. My friends and I have been using Grab for over a year and haven't had any significant issues. Drivers are generally polite, though some drive rather aggressively.
3 stars: The app is too heavy and cause the application to not responding. When i thought the application was not responding (because the view didn't change at all), i click the same location button and suddenly, the app ordered me a driver with the app view froze and not changed. What a big disa...
