3 stars: Incorrect diagnosis - the virtual doctor dr elizabeth gaile roddy gave me medication for my dental aches and told me to go to my orthodontist. My hubby brought me to the physical doctor to check on me in physical. My whole body was in pain and cold prior thay night aside from heavy headache. The doctor testing me in many different types to determine my sickness. Last test he gave me noce swap and came back positive \

5 stars: Very helpful having this app with my busy schedule. Usually seen and done within 15 mins. I have only ever had 1 issue which was because my pharmacy was all out of the prescribed dose and so I ended up having to do another appt to get my dose readjusted because the pharmacy couldn't get in contact with the physician.
