4 stars: The app works well, you can close the app and it will remember your booking. Generally you will have a driver assigned within the minute. Sometimes the app won't get your exact location on the map or it will struggle to find a house number in a state so you may have to direct the driver
3 stars: Pretty hit and miss. Sometimes it's fine. Sometimes it tells you the taxi is coming from a different direction, or doesn't apply the selected tip, or won't let you log in. I only use this if I can't use Uber.
3 stars: It's not very difficult to find a taxi with this app. You can see the real time location of the taxi. But the big problem for me was to order a taxi with a requirement of having child seat. There was no option for that! I had to cancel my order two times just because the cars didn't have any child seat! Please include this important feature.

4 stars: Barcelona resident. There is a constant issue with not being able to get a cab when it is raining. On the other side app keeps loading and makes you wait for 10 minutes, before it gives you feedback that there is no taxi available. I will be uninstalling the app after this, and made try Cabify or some other service where you can get timely feedback and a ride when it is raining.
