4 stars: Please allow or provision mobile billing for local mobile networks in the Philippines such as Smart Communications so that we can easily purchase in app gems. During the SEA server days were able to do that.
5 stars: would be great if theres an english translation even just for those static content. e.g. skills, char camp, shops, etc
