3 stars: Im using the app for a long time but lately the waiting times might exceed 20 minutes even on off peak season. This puts me in a position where i have to look for supplementary apps.
4 stars: It's an easy to use application however adding features like multiple stops would facilitate things for both drivers and users.
3 stars: Needs serious improvements at the part where you need to call the driver. Basically doesn't work. You can be stranded without been able to communicate. Also need some improvements on rating your driver. Not enough options and you are not able to make sure that it is detailed enough.
