3 stars: It kicks me out of the app, I try to accept a ride it doesn't go through and it acts like I didn't acceptance which has now dropped my acceptance ratings. Plus the directions don't always kick in right away once my rider gets in, so we're sitting and waiting. We should always be able to see our trip time. It helps us plan if we can take another ride before stopping for the day. It shouldn't be a perk just standard.
4 stars: Pretty good app, great company to work for. A few niggling issues though: too many layers to call a passenger - this is dangerous, especially in busy areas where you're most likely to need to make a call. In app camera doesn't have flash - meaning that one time I took a photo of someone's vomit and wasn't compensated because the photo wasn't clear enough. \
5 stars: Great app. However, i have the setting on for reading text from customer when delivering ubereats but it does not read aloud or notify me they even sent a message. I have to physically flip up the bottom bar and touch the phone icon to see if there is a message. It used to work two months ago but stopped about a month ago. Edit: fixed with popup now! Awesome. Thank you. But, now doesn't show tips in notifications since Oct 25th.
