3 stars: Not the worst app but it's frustrating to constantly scroll up and down when you want to see the previews of different colours in the same product line. It should scroll back up automatically when you select a new colour. In addition, some products don't have good swatches or pictures, just the product photo which is not always accurate. Otherwise okay to use.
5 stars: My store experience was amazing. The beauty technician ( Bianca ) was able to find the perfect shade for my skin and taught me how to apply my makeup! It was my first time going to Sephora and also I'm a beginner at make-up, so they prepped me with the right equipment and knowledge. As for the app, it's fast, user friendly and updated but the delivery fee is little bit high.
5 stars: Love using the app to place my orders. It's easy to navigate and find what I need and I didn't know I needed. Has been great! Find myself spending far more money on the app then I do in the store due to the better descriptions for research, special offers (like free samples), and online only items.
