5 stars: I like it so far, i liek the lay out of the exercises. And i like how it follows you qhile you do them, its fast easy and fun, and give you some degree of holding yourself accountable. So far the exercises are a littlw easy for me, but thats because most of them i ready do, the others that i am not accustom too are more difficult
4 stars: The app is wonderful but the water notification is intrusive and totally annoying. Have no way of turning that water notification off. Even when the apps notification was turned off the water portion still shows up. It's sickening. Stop it! Ridiculous! Fix it or I'm deleting the app.

4 stars: Excellent exercises, explained very beautifully. Even though it states that these exercises are for women, many are equally useful for men. The reason I gave four stars is because this app. uses up a lot of RAM.
5 stars: This is the best app ever I would recommend this to anyone. This is only my second day and i feel like I've lost 30 pounds. If i had to pick a exercise app it would be this in usual work outs they make you do the same thing ever day which gets really boring but this app it changes your challenges ever day. 5⭐
