5 stars: The app is good. You're able to track down your driver and also get his details, it's quite my first time and I enjoyed the ride. The driver did well, he was honest, very splendid. I'm impressed!!! Keep it up
3 stars: It is a great app but it has many disadvantages 1) The roads are not very accurate. For example one valid turn is replaced via 2km ride 2) There are some moments where bolt suggests me a driver which didn't finish it's trip, and as a result I have to wait for 15-20 mins which isn't cool
5 stars: Easy to download and use! Good drivers and prices. Better to walk a few steps to a two-way street, the busier the better, as the one-way system in the center is hard for the driver to navigate through. Also was available in the rain when phone taxi services said they had no taxis.
3 stars: The app is slow ,their map does not so may places on it .good prices and you need to place number in the app to be able receive both drivers and passengers griviances. The drivers are always far from the pick up point so passenger always cancel trips so look at these issues and address.thanks

Update recently is more expensive then any other taxi app. And 80% of the time the app claims its due to high load of costumers, while other services like uber or mytaxi do not have a price surge at that same time.
