5 stars: Great shopping experience, but the cart sometimes glitches for me I don't know if it is from my software or from the app itself, other than the that everything is OK
3 stars: The app and the service as a whole needs improvement, for example: - There is no way to rate/leave a feedback for the seller without rating the item itself (the item itself maybe good, but the seller might have took long time to ship it or something) - No in app chat customer support - No way to upload photos with the feedback; no way to contact the seller and and ask about the item.
4 stars: Easy to navigate and place an order. However, I was surprise why there is an additional payment of SR17 for COD.
3 stars: Needs a lot of improvement, such as contacting sellers before ordering so buyers can make sure what to buy and minimize return cases, also a real photos of the item not a Google ones.
5 stars: U make shopping so easy for me, am so happy with ur products in all fields but sometimes i have a problem with the App. Itself but that's okay i call customer service and they are always so friendly
